Ramneek is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pruven Capital, an independent, returns driven venture firm. He brings a unique experience base from his past as a traditional venture investor, an early startup employee and a corporate venture investor to the mission of creating an investment platform - designed to help founders’ dramatically accelerate their go to market, by leveraging the unprecedented scale of our LPs.

Prior to founding Pruven, Ramneek was the Co-founder and co-lead of the venture investing platform at Citi, which he helped build into a leading investing program that delivered both strategic and financial returns for Citi. At Citi Ventures, he led all aspects of the platform's buildout including definition of the focus areas, hiring & development of the team, global expansion into Asia as well as commercialization of portfolio companies with Citi. He led investments in over 25 companies across fintech, ecommerce, payments, digital customer experience, digital servicing and enterprise IT that represent over $75B in market cap. Some of his notable investments included Square (NYSE: SQ), Jet.com (Acq by Walmart for $3.3B), DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU), Honey (Acq by Paypal for $4B), Grab (NASDAQ: GRAB), Datarobot, Feedzai, Zum, Homelight & Udaan.

Prior to Citi Ventures, Ramneek led business development at Zappedy (Acq by Groupon), was a Partner at Battery Ventures where he led the build out of their investment practice in India and held various product development roles at PMC Sierra and TiVo.

He is also an angel investor and has had the opportunity to partner with founders through early investments in companies like Robinhood (NASDAQ: Hood), CheckR, Ipsy, Vicarious (Acq by Alphabet), Maxxa and Gridspace.

Ramneek received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, where he graduated at the top of his class and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Travis is a Partner at Pruven Capital. Before joining Pruven, he was a Director at Citi Ventures, where he led over fifteen investments across fintech, proptech, ecommerce, and enterprise IT. Among his notable investments were Socure, HighRadius, Betterment, SmartAsset and Clarity Money.

Earlier in his career, Travis was a founding member of FinTech Collective, a venture capital fund focused on emerging technologies in financial services. There, he spearheaded over twenty early-stage investments, including Moneylion, Plaid/Quovo, Octane Lending, and NextCapital. Before transitioning to venture capital, Travis was a banker at Nomura and HSBC, and a strategy consultant at Accenture.

Travis holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and a BS in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.

Rohit is an Investor at Pruven Capital. Prior to joining Pruven, he led strategic partnerships at Brex where he focused on verticalized corporate cards, working capital, and expense management software for the technology, e-commerce, and life science industries. Before Brex, Rohit launched financial partnerships at BlueVine, a fintech lender providing online business banking and financing solutions to SMBs. He started his career in investment banking at GCA Advisors, where he specialized in M&A and Private Capital advisory for emerging technology companies.

Rohit attended the University of Southern California where he earned a B.S. in Finance from the Marshall School of Business. In his spare time, you can find him exploring new restaurants or hiking around the Bay Area with his Bernese mountain dog.
